What is After Hours?
After Hours is a Tampa-based event series bringing curious people together for expert-led lectures on fascinating, unexpected topics. Good food, drinks, and conversations you probably wouldn't have on a typical night out.
What can I expect at an After Hours event?
Each event lasts approximately two hours. You'll have time to grab food and drinks before settling in for a 45-minute lecture led by an expert in their field. We'll follow things up with an audience Q&A, with some extra time to hang around afterward.
Where do After Hours events take place?
After Hours events are held at various locations throughout Tampa. Each event will have its own setting, with food and drinks available for purchase. Exact venue details will be listed on each event page.
Do I need to buy tickets in advance?
Yes! Tickets must be purchased in advance, as we do not sell tickets at the door. Space is limited, so we recommend grabbing yours early.
What if I don't drink alcohol?
No drinking required! Every After Hours venue offers both food and drinks, with non-alcoholic options available.

Our speakers are professors, researchers, industry experts, and people with a deep understanding of something worth talking about. From abnormal psychology and true crime to local history and everything in between, no topic is off the table as long as there's something fascinating to learn.
